SPARRING NIGHT - ADULTS ONLY
Sparring nights are normally for the 2nd class students only. Sparring is 15x 2 minute rounds. There is a minimum height requirement for this night. The class starts with normal warm ups etc, then we have the 15 rounds. We cool down after the sparring with a small karate session. The sparring nights are as follows: |
